Except as stated below, all contracts and documents that are no more than 15 pages.

Documents involved in transactions specifically governed by the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2005 (as may be amended, supplemented or superseded from time to time), including but not limited to documents relating to transactions for the sale or purchase of property, loan agreements, leases, tenancies and etc.;
Any company secretarial, human resources, taxation, financial and accounting documents;
All documents in connection with any court/tribunal/arbitration proceeding;
Wills;
Any documents related to merger & acquisition exercise, legal due diligence exercise, initial public offering, reverse take-over, pre-listing, corporate restructuring, regularization matters; and
Any other document as stated in your letter of engagement.
Flexibility for your business
You can upgrade or cancel your Legal Shield plan anytime by giving us 30 days notice.
Insurance
The advice you receive from us are backed by professional indemnity insurance
to give you peace of mind. (Professional indemnity cover are only afforded to regulated law firms and not your employees such as in-house counsels.)
